Blood moon alert! Don't miss March's lunar eclipse

The moon will take on a reddish-orange hue as the earth moves in front of it, creating a stunning visual experience.

Mark your calendars – in just a few days the moon will enter the earth’s shadow, resulting in a beautiful lunar eclipse.
According to NASA, this is the first lunar eclipse to occur since November 2022.
Selenophiles who live in North America will have something to look forward to between the evening of 13 March and the morning of 14 March.
While those in parts of Europe and Africa will see another partial solar eclipse on March 29.
The celestial event is the result of the earth moving in front of the sun, blocking its light.
The moon turns a dark reddish-orange colour from the shadow that’s cast – hence the nickname "blood moon".

HOW TO LISTEN TO EAST COAST RADIO
