Almost everyone has Netflix, but if you are just not that convinced that it's for you or you can't justify paying that amount for the service, then we have some good news for you!
Netflix has announced that they will be launching a new Mobile Plan that will be available to individuals across the sub-Saharan Africa region, which obviously includes South Africa.

This means the streaming service will be even cheaper than before.
If you didn't know, Netflix offers three different subscription plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium.
The difference between the packages is the number of devices that are connected on the same plan and, naturally, the prices.

After some extensive testing last year, the company decided to launch its new Mobile Plan for only R49.
The most expensive plan, Premium, is R169 per month and the Basic is R99 per month.
After several months of testing, we’re excited to launch a new mobile plan in South Africa at R49 per month. This plan will make it even easier for anyone with a smartphone to enjoy Netflix. At home or on the go, now more people can watch all the shows and movies Netflix has to offer, wherever and whenever they want.A- Netflix spokesperson

You can access Netflix on a tablet or smartphone and you can only stream on one device in SD (520p) at a time. You can still have five different profiles but only one stream.
Like the other plans, there are also no advertisements, you will have access to all episodes at the same time, and you will also have all the other mobile features that already exist on the Netflix mobile app.

There are also a few added extras that will help further better the mobile streaming experience.
Seeing as how social media is an integrated part of our daily lives and we want to share almost everything with our friends, family, and followers, it only makes sense that Netflix have created a feature that allows you to share what you have enjoyed watching or currently are watching on the app.
You will now be able to do that by sharing your Netflix choices on Instagram stories.

Ultimately, Netflix knows that some people want to chill on the couch and watch their series on the biggest flatscreen and others are on the move and want to be able to watch something while they're commuting, or maybe you just want something to help pass the time while you're waiting at the traffic department.
So there's something for everyone! Which is their specialty, really.
And if you're still not sure if Netflix is worth the money, here's a video to show you everything they'll be adding for the month of July:
