While most 11-year-olds are out playing games and doing schoolwork, Tevin Reddy is busy building his music career!
Earlier this year, Tevin Reddy, aka Tevin The Rapper, spoke to Stacey and J Sbu about how he became South Africa's Youngest Rapper.

We wondered what the future might hold for Tevin The Rapper and now it's time to find out!
Read below to get the full lowdown on Tevin's budding music career the last time we spoke to him:
If you were to think back to the days when you were a kid, close to finishing primary school, you would probably find yourself reminiscing about a simpler time.

Your biggest concern at that age might have been how you would be spending your allowance or which friends you would be inviting to a sleepover.
Very few of us were thinking "which single do I drop next?" or "who do I want to collab with on my next album?".

As it turns out, these are the types of questions Tevin Reddy from Queenburgh, who is currently a sixth-grade learner at Falcon Park Primary in Chatsworth, has to deal with on a daily.
He might only be 11 but his passion for music started when he was even younger and he had been spending a lot of time in the music studio with his father.

Since discovering a deep love for music, especially rap music, he has been cementing his spot in the South African music industry.
He has already made quite the impression and even earned the title of 'SA's Youngest Rapper'.

Signed to Boss Life Entertainment, which is owned and managed by his father Venan Reddy, Tevin has already recorded and released four singles and a music video!
When he's not at school, he is spending all his free time working on his music career and his dedication shows.
He's even worked with some very popular local artists like Jashmir:

As well as working closely with Siphesihle Mhlanga, who is also another Queensburgh rapper known as Verge The Rapper:
Verge was my idol, and he helped inspire me and helped me write my first track. We had a show in the loxion and that was where I first got an opportunity to perform on stage. I have a great bunch of artists here to perform with and they all inspire me and give me so many opportunities to learn.- Tevin Reddy

He filmed his first music video for his song, 'Vibe On Check', in Umhlanga on his 11th birthday and it features everything from luxury cars to fire dancers, while also showing off Durban.

But what does the future hold for Tevin?
He hopes to one day collaborate with the one-and-only Cassper Nyovest and that's his main goal. Well, that and owning an 'exotic car'.
