This barber's customer service skills are next level
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
That extra bit of attention to detail is what sets services apart from one another.
We're sure you may have heard people talk about the deterioration of customer service?
As much as that may be true for many businesses, we can almost guarantee that there are many businesses out there that consider customer service and satisfaction a high priority.
We found a video that displays this customer service etiquette perfectly.
A barber created a haircut cape that helped his customers feel more in control while having to sit for a haircut.
The haircut cape, which is that large piece of material hair stylists and barbers put on their customers to avoid them being laced with hair, is tailor-made.
It has a small window area around the front for the customer to be able to use their phone comfortably.
