Who knew that bottle service would cater to any and all in this fine establishment?

As captured in the video above, the baby is offered his bottle with a sparkler while people vibe to music and turn to look at what's going on.

This party starter captured the attention of onlookers as bringing a bottle to a table with a sparkler is common practice in the "jolling" scene. 

This tweet definitely made our day and had us in stitches.
