Are the rumours true: is this the return of Bennifer?
These two exes were the early 2000s hottest celeb couple and now they have been spotted together again. Of course, we're referring to Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck!
What's that? Just a casual flashback to the year 2002 when Ben Affleck was engaged to a Jennifer who is not his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

Ben and J.Lo had just finished filming their box-office fail 'Gigli' and although their on-screen success was questionable, their off-screen chemistry was not.
By November 2002 the two celebs were engaged.

Unfortunately for them the romance did not last and by 2004 they had called off the engagement, much to the disappointment of fans around the world. As a couple, they were America's sweethearts and people just loved seeing them together.
Over the years after their breakup, Ben had moved on, gotten married, had kids, divorced, dated and is now currently single.

J.Lo has also followed that same path, until recently when she started dating Alex Rodriguez and the two also got engaged. We were happy to see J.Lo happy again but alas it did not last and she is once again single.
Do you see where we're going here?
Just last week it was revealed that Ben might have paid a visit to Jenny's block. (Not a euphemism...)

Affleck was seen visiting the Hotel Bel-Air, where he was dropped off by a white SUV. The same car later took Jennifer and a business associate to a meeting. Coincidence? We would say no.
Just a few days later sources told Page Six that they had seen Ben leaving Lopez's home and there had been another visit the next day.

Be still our beating hearts but could it be that one of the most iconic Hollywood couples ever could be getting back together?!
The social media streets have been going CRAZY since the rumours started flying and even our very own Stacey Norman has some feelings about this.
I am unnecessarily invested in J.Lo's life. Because the girl deserves love! And if Jennifer Lopez can't find love, how can I?! But also I need these two to work it out and get back together because they were literal relationship goals.

But how is Ben's other ex Jennifer feeling about all this "hanging out"?
Apparently, she is not worried and not bothered. They have apparently been getting along and have successfully been co-parenting their three kids.
So will our nostalgia-filled dreams come true? Or the original 'Bennifer' remain a thing of the past?
