As reported by ECR News, the ANC in KZN has confirmed that Sihle Zikalala has requested to step down from his position as Premier of the province.

He mentioned that new names will be put forward and interviews are expected to begin on Saturday.
In the meantime, Zikalala is "saving face as the massive humiliation dews".
