In the podcast, Justin takes your questions and answers them with total honesty - no beating around the bush.
“From money, to career, to business, no subject is off-limits, because the real hustle has no limits,” says Justin.
In the launch episode, Justin responds to a young 'hustler' who is starting up an e-commerce business and is looking for tips.
“Somehow, somewhere down the line people have been sold this idea that e-commerce is a completely different business. It isn’t. It is exactly the same as every other business except for one simple differentiation – and that is that the key areas of fulfilment are slightly different,” says Justin in the podcast.
What’s the biggest area that gets neglected in e-commerce? According to Justin, it’s customer service.
“Make sure that you plan extensively to be able to deliver the best possible customer experience and customer service to the people who land up purchasing and interacting with your business,” he says.
