#UrbanHotline: The worst lies we believed as kids
Updated | By Thandolwethu
Thandolwethu and the urbanites remember the craziest things they believed as kids.
Listen as Thandolwethu and urbanites talk about all the silly things they believed as kids.
As kids, we are often so vulnerable and we believe the simplest things that we are told.
Our parents and friends tell us stories to stop us from doing something bad.
Other times they tell you stories just to mess with us and see how we’ll react.
I remember growing up and my friends used to tell my male cousins that if they step over a caterpillar they will turn into girls.
For most of my life, the boys would never mess with caterpillars because they were scared they’d change gender.
