Twitter reacts to Riky Rick, 50 Cent comparison
So, social media recently went crazy when Cassper Nyovest's Le Mpitse song, which features Riky Rick, received some attention.
While the song is not fresh, as it was released last year, a particular line was put under the spotlight on the social network.
This is the line which made Twitter lose its mind: "What happened to Riky? What happened to Riky is the same thing that happened to 50."
Hmmm (scratches head).
What Twitter then asked was: "What actually happened to Riky?".
Your guess is as good as ours, but we have a few theories as to why Ricky is being compared to 50 Cent...
Riky Rick was shot nine times?
Remember the story which 50 Cent told about being shot nine times, and obviously surviving the ordeal? Well, was Ricky ever shot nine times? We haven't heard about that, so that surely isn't the case... or is it?
Riky Rick was arrested for selling drugs?
50 Cent was arrested in 1994 for selling cocaine to an undercover cop. We have met Ricky and this cannot be the case! No chance.
Riky Rick has beef with Heavy K?
50 Cent and Rick Ross do not see eye to eye. The closest celeb in Mzansi to Rick Ross in terms of, err, stature is Heavy K. Could this be the issue? Is there beef there?
