Lalla Hirayama talks about her panic attacks

Lalla wants her fans to know that panic attacks are normal and can be managed.
Lalla Hirayama is speaking out about her panic disorder.
The TV personality revealed this week that she was diagnosed with the condition five years ago.
She told Times Live that during the early years of her disorder, she had up to 12 panic attacks a day.
The disabling anxiety caused her to shake uncontrollably, and she could not breathe properly at times.
She added that she sometimes felt like she was dying.
“I've had multiple panic attacks on air but I've just carried on presenting because the show must go on,” she told Times Live.
Lalla added that she wants people to know that the disorder is normal and it can be managed with the right treatment.
She says she is also speaking out so that people do not think she is using drugs.
We applaud Lalla for opening up about something so personal, and highlighting a condition that many people are perhaps too afraid to talk about.
