One man in Liverpool seems to have figured out the best way to get out of a ticket.
He put a note as well as a bag of chips to explain his way out of some bad parking.
The note was seen by Angie Sammons who is the editor of local news website Liverpool Confidential.
What’s even better is that she managed to track down the person who posted the note after it went viral.
