For as long as air flights have existed, no one has ever encountered an airplane static in the air.
However, this statement seems to not apply for the locals of Chicago, because quite a few people have claimed to have spotted an airplane just remaining static in the sky.
This is probably one of the wildest events that could happen in the world.

Many people from Chicago who witnessed this say that they thought they were going crazy.
Some people told the lady who posted this video that she may have witnessed a parallax, which can be explained as a difference or displacement in the position of an object viewed along two different lines of sight.

As expected, videos like these are extremely likely to bring up conspiracy theories.
Some argue it could be a 'glitch in the matrix', while some are saying it may be the authorities trying to monitor the locals.
Is this just an optical illusion or could it actually be something deeper?
