Did you see the video of China using army tanks to deter protesters in Rizhao, Shandong province?
It is believed that the Henan branch of the Bank of China declared that Chinese the citizens' savings in their branch were now 'investment products', meaning that citizens could not withdraw their funds.

Tanks are being put on the streets in China to protect the banks.
This is because the Henan branch of the Bank of China declaring that people's savings in their branch are now 'investment products' and can't be withdrawn.

The tanks were apparently preventing people from entering the branch of Henan Bank on the opposite side.
But, is it fake news?
