In light of recent events, many are feeling the severe effects of the heavy downpours that began on Saturday 22 May.
Level 10 warnings were issued and the heavy downpours battered KZN.
A province that has been through so much in the past year continues to see the light at the end of the tunnel, even when it's unimaginable.

Many residents took to social media to share images of the beautiful rainbow that appeared early on Sunday morning, 22 May.
And the Nurses left their homes so early in the morning in this awful weather to care for us here at the hospital. Honestly they don’t get the credit they deserve as health workers …Westvile hospital Nurses are truly amazing !! 🥹🏥 ♥️ #KZNFlooding
