Kindness from the community in the face of tragedy

In July this year, the Durban home of actors/comedians Lisa Bobbert and Aaron McIlroy was gutted by a devastating fire. Jane and Paul caught up with Lisa about what's happened since then.

In the latest KindnessCan podcast, Jane Linley-Thomas and psychologist Paul Bushell talk to Lisa about the traumatic experience of losing her family-home of over 20 years, along with almost every single item they possessed, but in the process - of gaining the kindness, love and support of the community.
