Going through a break-up is never easy. There are often a lot of hard thoughts and feelings. It's important that we slow this moment down and give ourselves the chance to process and react to these thoughts and feelings in the best and kindest way possible. Jane Linley-Thomas and Paul Bushell talk about kindness in the wake of a break-up in this episode.

Remember, being kind doesn't always mean saying "yes" or having a big smile. Sometimes it means setting new boundaries and saying "no".
