Craig Lucas reminisces with a throwback post

'Anything is impossible' - that's the message that Craig Lucas wanted to impart on his fans when he shared a throwback post on his Twitter account recently.

Lucas, who holds a degree in finance, was crowned the winner of 'The Voice South Africa' season 2 back in 2017, and since then he has gone on to do extraordinary things.

His hit, 'Smother' featuring Paxton Fielies, has been rocking the charts nationwide and even featured on the Coca-Cola Top 40 for a few weeks in a row.

A few weeks back, Craig came out as gay in a very open letter to his friends and family via his Facebook page which quickly went viral.

Amidst all that has been going on, the star found time to throwback to a time in his life before stardom hit. The posts he shared were from 2011 and 2015 when he was considering entering 'The Voice South Africa'.

We're so glad that he did because look where he is now. With a bit of hard work and determination, anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and Craig Lucas is a testament to this.
