Unheard music is being released to celebrate Mandoza's 40th birthday
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
The late Mandoza's previously unreleased music is being made available on music platforms to 're-introduce' fans to his music.

I still can't believe this brother isn't here. He always seemed like one of those characters who would live on forever. The Kwaito sensation, Mduduzi 'Mandoza' Tshabalala, died in 2016 after a battle with cancer.

I reveled in his company time after time. He had such an energy and vibe about him. The passing of Mandoza was definitely a shock to the music industry.
'Nkalakatha' is still a firm favourite of mine and many of my friends, it's one of those songs that transcends cultures and the barriers we create. Whenever it comes on, trust me when I say this, I'm going to have a good car jam.
Listen: George Michael's new 'Fantasy' remix
It's not an unfamiliar tradition to release late artist's music, so I am so delighted to hear this news, and the talk of remixes and a clothing line too has surfaced! May his legacy live on.
According to Times Live, a song titled Back For More will be made available on almost all music streaming platforms for download.
RIP Mandoza, gone too soon x
