Touching video shows barista using sign language to help deaf customer
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
This beautiful video of a Starbucks barista taking a deaf
customer's order using sign language is guaranteed to make you weep.
Why did this footage make me so emotional? To be honest I am not sure, but it did.
I felt my eyes swell as I watched the love, exchange, patience and connection that these ladies had and found it something special to witness.
Today, especially when it comes to the customer/employee there is a huge disconnect and disinterest.
Furthermore it seems as a whole human connection seem less and less as we stare into our glass screens connecting to the world as our tangible company flanks us mutely.
It's no wonder this video has been viewed over 7 million times, it's wonderful to watch.
