This WWE star's selfie about self-acceptance has inspired Jane

Don't be fooled by this WWE star. She's not just fierce in the ring! Her selfie will inspire and motivate you to accept your imperfections!
I love this! Yay for people who are in the public eye sharing their vulnerability and being a voice for others. So often we feel disconnected from others as their Facebook and Instagram 'life' looks so flawless and picture perfect.
It was just this weekend that an impromptu visit to a water park had my kids asking me to join them on the slides. Old me would have rather sat out as I didn't have my costume that helps to suck and lift, I didn't have a sarong, or even a towel. What did I do? I peeled off my clothes and hit the water with my three smalls and Mr T wearing a black body suit undergarment. No lift or pull in sight!
The worry of seeing someone I knew (which I did) didn't drag me down. This is my body - my able, strong body. Sure my thighs bounced as I ran and my tummy isn't as firm as I'd like, but that's not going to make me a prisoner and miss out on making memories with my family.
I came across this post on Instagram by WWE professional wrestler Nia Jax. Her post has over 47,000 likes, mine being one of them. She shared her empowering message about self-acceptance and body positivity. It was just recently we spoke about the path to self acceptance in the #GetReal campaign.
