How disturbing is this picture? To me, it doesn't even look real - it looks like some sick version of a bobble head?

The picture, which was shared by Twitter user @OmonaKami, has recieved over 30,000 retweets and many have taken to the platform to debate whether it is right that someone would do this?

Yes they have 2 layers of coating that helps maintain a healthy body temperature in cold AND hot weather

According to Cosmopolitan, the President of the California Professional Pet Groomers Association said that if a dog's fur is matted, then it may be necessary to shave a dog - but in general it's not.
