One of my greatest joys in life is watching footage of dazed patients after being under anesthesia.
I'm sure you've seen the girl who was convinced she was a mermaid or the brother and sister who tried to convince their doped-up sibling that the zombie apocalypse was happening? Classics!

I came across this adorable footage which made my heart beam. It shows a guy who had just come out of what seems like a minor dental procedure. Everything seems pretty unreal to him, he is even surprised by his own chair.

But his dad drops a bomb on him while recording him in action. When he reveals to his son that he has a loving set of parents, his reaction is absolutely amazing.
This guy is such a treat and his facial expressions and gratitude are something to behold!
