If you knew someone was being cheated on, would you tell them?

If you knew someone was being cheated on, would you tell them?

It's often difficult having to tell someone the truth. It's sometimes a very difficult pill to swallow. I’ve got someone who works with me here at East Coast Radio who is young and talented, and someone to watch out for in the future. The problem is, the guy doesn’t know his girlfriend is playing him... hard.

He comes to see me during my show every now and then and he’ll show me text messages between him and his girlfriend. From what I can see, she is using him for his money.

She basically sends him a 'please call me' and that means 'please buy me data', and when he does buy her the data, she makes no effort to call or even text him with the same data. Just last month, he caught her talking to another man but she denied the whole thing - even though he saw the messages on her phone!

Now it gets even worse! Just last week he got a notification from the bank asking him if it was him trying to open up a credit card account? The dude had no idea what they were talking about?! It turns out that she took his ID book and was trying to get open a credit card in his name without him knowing! I mean, what the actual hell is going on here? But the poor guy STILL won’t leave her. He still believes that she’s telling the truth!

Now, what do I do in this situation? I mean, besides talk about it on-air and secretly hope that she hears me talking about this? Other than that - what do I tell this poor boy without hurting his feelings?

Can someone help... please!
