High heels for babies has the internet divided

Fashion statement or just plain wrong? Would you ever let your baby rock high heels?

There’s a new footwear company called Pee Wee Pumps which has just launched high heels for babies - and it is completely dividing the internet. Some think it's cute, while some are outraged by it all.

I’m sorry, but sometimes people can be hypersensitive. I personally think these little heels are novel and should be worn as a prop like a tutu or a headband. How is this any different to a baby wearing nail polish or jewellery?
I would have squealed if Lula had been given a pair of these soft heels. I mean, it's not like the baby is trying to learn to walk in them? The heels are soft and collapsible. It’s purely for a bit of fashion fun!

I get that they are not for everyone. Some parents are even going as far as saying they think that it sexualises the child and portrays them in a negative light. A bit overly dramatic, don’t you think?
