The three ladies, Dr Bunmi Ojewole (blue belt), Lt Col Maria Brown (white belt) and Tammy Currin (blue belt), are Jiu-Jitsu practitioners. They will be presenting a seminar on Sunday, 25th March in Musgrave.

Yes for sisters doing it for themselves! There is nothing more liberating than the thought of being able to protect oneself in a compromising situation.
The seminar costs has a small fee attached to it but can you put a price tag on the ability to protect yourself in a dangerous situation? A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
The event takes place at Lions Den Dojo. Seven of the students have Doctorates in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu hence it's often referetted to as a Martial Arts Chess game.
