Disturbing footage shows baby flying out of car seat and onto busy road
Heart stopping! This has to be every parent's worst nightmare.
Dashcam footage has been doing the rounds which has left parents terrified after seeing it. According to ViraScoop, the video shows a one-year-old little boy fall out from his car seat as the driver of the vehicle takes a right turn.
Thankfully another driver saw the incident and pulled over to assist. The little boy ran into the arms of this good Samaritan who attempted to help.

The mother of the little boy was let off the hook with just a citation for not having her child strapped in. A citation is normally issued to violators of the law for minor charges.
Why the mother only got a citation is simply beyond me? She should have her driver's licence taken away or at least suspended!
I don't understand why you wouldn't want to strap your precious cargo down as opposed to subjecting the little body to something like this or flying head first through a windscreen? This little one was lucky as he walked away with a few scrapes, but it could have been a whole lot worse!

This conversation about parents not strapping their children in properly is one that comes up all the time and really makes me angry.
