Couple leaves Cape Town restaurant without paying
After racking up a bill of R1,300, this couple decided that they just wouldn't be paying their bill.
Can you imagine sitting at a restaurant all day eating and drinking to your heart's delight, then getting up and casually walking out without paying your bill. I mean, really?!

Celeste Perry of the Fat Cactus Café in Gardens, Cape Town revealed that a couple was seen having a jolly good time at the restaurant ordering food and one too many drinks, racking up a bill of R1,300. The man got up and disappeared first, then shortly after the woman made a duck for it as well. They both left without settling their bill.

The video has been shared on Celeste’s Facebook and has over 50,000 views. Celeste has told News24 that she will be laying criminal charges against the couple.
How embarrassing! If your moral compass isn't enough to keep you in check, being named and shamed on social media may shake them straight to the bank to draw the money and settle their bill.
