Do men ever grow up?

Have you noticed that when men get together without their wives and kids, they tend to revert back to unruly, teenage behaviour? I know when I am around my mates and I don’t have my family around me I get out of control. I act like a complete hooligan because I can. I don’t have any responsibilities.
Now, according to the rest of KZN, this behaviour is expected of men. One caller, however, called in and challenged the sentiment, saying that women are the ones who never grow up.
