If you were given the option to choose a household set up, would you rather work apart and see each other a few hours a day, or would you prefer having a business were you and your spouse work at home together as a couple?

Perhaps that's what makes marriages last - the fact that you literally only see each other for a few hours a day?
Most couples could see the time apart as a blessing. A time to breathe, relax and get things into perspective whilst away from each other. However, having to work with your partner all day long could be tricky.
