Strong winds create mind-bending optical illusion

When two walkers decided to go for a leisurely stroll, they definitely did not expect to be blown away. Literally!
Footage which was shot on a beach in the Netherlands, shows the two walkers taking a stroll when all of a sudden strong gusts of wind begin to strike.

When the grains of sand were blown in the opposite direction of the two walkers it gives the bizarre illusion that they’re flying across the beach.
