A shout-out to the paramedics at IPSS medical rescue

Paul’s wife Linda emailed has nominated her husband as a Frontline Hero. Paul Herbst leads a
medical rescue team for IPSS Medical Rescue.
East Coast Drive is on a mission to recognise our frontline heroes in KZN, those people who are considered an essential service and have to risk infection of themselves AND their family members in order to keep the country afloat.

We had the pleasure of having one of these South African frontline heroes on the line with us today, his name is Paul Herbst and he leads a team of paramedics for IPSS Medical Rescue.

They have an isolation ambulance and have had to attend to a few COVID cases over and above the normal cases.
"Paul is my husband, and as a family we have always understood that when he is needed, he has to go no matter what. His team is phenomenal," said Linda.
