Shocking video footage is doing the rounds showing a 68-year-old caretaker in Diepsloot abusing an eight-month-old baby boy.

The two-minute video, which was uploaded by Eyewitness News, shows the caretaker attempting to silence the baby's cries by placing her entire hand on his face. Investigations are well underway to check if the daycare is actually registered or not.
Luckily the baby is now safe and in the care of his mother. It is truly disturbing to think that a daycare caretaker, who is responsible for the welfare of children, would do something like this?
