A 17-year-old boy asked us for help. His mom is dating and he feels it's about the money and nothing else!

On Wednesday, we had a WTF topic which saw a 17-year-old boy write into us.
"I’m a 17-year-old guy and my dad passed away two years ago. I don’t trust the man my mom is now dating because he is using her for money. They’ve been together for almost a year. Please help," he said

It was a very touchy subject because everyone is usually sensitive when it comes to their parents, but also at the same time, the parents themselves also feel that they have a right to choose who their partner should be.
