Middle-aged man robs store using fake gun
Could this be the world's most ridiculous robbery ever?
CCTV footage has been doing the rounds on social media showing a robbery that everyone is calling "simply ridiculous".

In the video, a middle-aged man dressed in a shirt, shorts, and a sun hat can be seen robbing a convenience store.
When you watch the video, you can see him standing by the counter with his right hand stuffed inside his pocket. He patiently waits for a customer to leave before asking the shop assistants to take the cash out of the register.
He then removes his hand and puts it under his shirt. At this point you think that he has a deadly weapon on him.
Things get a bit heated when he jumps over the counter demanding that the till be opened. He takes his hand from under his shirt and places it behind his back. Instead of it being a deadly weapon, all this robber had was his hand to protect him.
Yes, he pretended that his hand was a gun. He even bent his fingers to represent the shape of it.

Absolutely ridiculous!
He actually got away with over £200 (R3,400) from the store. Police are still on the search for him.
