We all deal with stresses in our lives differently. Whether it be taking a walk to cool off or hitting the gym to let off some steam, there are various things you can do to deal with stress.

However, there’s only so much that a person can handle before completing boiling over, which was the case with this guy. A video captured recently shows a man at an airport completely losing his cool.

When you watch the clip, you can see him talking on his cellphone and increasingly becoming angrier. A few seconds in, things escalate as he completely loses it and proceeds to smash his laptop, yelling: “I quit!”, before throwing his phone to the floor.
After realising what he had done, all he can do is just hang his head in shame. It finally became a reality that he literally just exploded and quit his job. Ouch!
