COVID-19 has disrupted every aspect of daily life across the globe. We’re all trying to make sense of the drastic changes so we can adapt as best we can and cope with a future that has never felt so uncertain.

For the young people in their final year of school, this is an especially difficult time as they find themselves pretty much in limbo between two very different worlds.
So to help the Matrics and their parents in this challenging time, we were able to chat to Counselling Psychologist and Head of Teaching and Learning at The South African College of Applied Psychology, Lauren Martin.
