Driver tries to flee after accident, situation ends horribly

Dashcam footage has captured a driver smashing into a Subway sandwich shop. Although it is not clear whether the driver was under the influence or maybe just couldn't figure out where he was headed, he can be seen driving straight through the shop's glass window.
In a flat panic, instead of getting out of the vehicle, the driver reverses in an effort to make a getaway, but was rudely interrupted when he reversed into a McDonald's sign on the opposite side of the road.

Perhaps he has a vendetta against fast food restaurants? Either way, he should have owned up to his mistake. Serves him right.
