Bongani has slowly come to the realisation that he is the busy parent - he wakes up at dawn to go run, only to return home after the kids have already left for school. Then runs around like a headless chicken MC'ing, being on air, and in the evenings DJ'ing only to arrive at home when the children are fast asleep.

He feels he often goes weeks without seeing his children, and it's hit home that this is similar to his upbringing, where he would hardly see his parents.
