Claire Johnston tells Phat Joe: Mango Groove continues to bind people together

Ahead of their performance at the Marriott Ballito Beats Festival, the lead singer of Mango Groove, Claire Johnston, joined the East Coast Drive team in studio to catch up and chat more about their new album.
South Africa's much-loved Afropop band Mango Groove is in town and will be performing at the Marriott Ballito Beats Festival on the 14th of May.
After seven years of fans waiting for a new album, the band released 'Faces To The Sun' in November 2016. The album has 24 songs - nine of which are original Mango Groove hits, while the others are renditions of much-loved South African hits.
Lead singer Claire Johnston managed to make some time to catch up with Phat Joe and the team ahead of their performance in Durban. She spoke about how the band's new album is doing and what's been happening in general.
