A brave man from China is being praised for rescuing a two-year-old girl who was caught on video hanging by a thread from the third floor of a residential building.

The little girl got stuck on the window canopy three floors up, but luckily the man courageously climbed out of the window and took her to safety - not without putting his own life on the line.
