Boy caught smoking on school premises

A video has gone viral showing an eight-year-old boy allegedly smoking a cigarette in school uniform at school.
According to Mirror, the alleged incident happened in Kazakhstan. The video was allegedly shot by the boy’s schoolmates who even went on to post it online.
In the video, the schoolmates can be heard giggling while the boy takes multiple puffs. Authorities are reportedly investigating the matter.
