The #LearnTheCanSong advert features people using empty or full tin cans to make the rhythm of the song. The ASA has said that by consumers using the cans to learn the song, they could injure themselves by cutting their fingers or even their hands.
Viewers have said that the advert encourages unsafe practices if people or children try to mimic the advert. A spokesperson of Heinz said that they believed the ad would not pose any risks to consumers. However, due to the ad not including info about safety if consumers had to recreate the song, the advert was banned from airing.
