16-year-old boy detained for 'one punch' attack on man

It is no secret that men are always trying to prove something to their peers. This footage shows how a young man of just 16 found himself on the wrong side of the law by just one punch.

According to the Mirror, a 16-year-old boy identified as Connor Stewart was trying to prove to his friends how macho he is by taking one deadly swing at a drunk old man identified as Michael Rhodes.

BBC has reported that Rhodes died from the attack which took place in Blackpool, England back in May. Connor has admitted to the manslaughter charges leveled against him and has to spend 3 years in an institution of young offenders.

It's sad that at just 16-years-old, Connor has blood on his hands all because he wanted to prove that he was 'macho' to his friends by taking on a stranger.
