According to Viralnova, police officers from Lukin arrested a 33-year-old woman identified as Toscha Fay Sponsler on suspicion of shoplifting. Toscha resisted arrest by making the police chase her for a while.
When the officers finally caught up to Toscha, they cuffed her and placed her in the back of their car, thinking she would sit tight as they took statements from witnesses.

Well, that was not the case.
Toscha proved she's even more difficult to detain when she mysteriously slipped out of her cuffs and stole the car. After leading the police on a 23-minute chase, they eventually caught up with her and she was arrested again with more charges.
