According to Times Live, a Johannesburg man who bought a Katlehong house on auction, has now taken to social media to assist him in raising funds to ensure that the house stays with the current owner.
The current owner of the home is said to be a pensioner, possibly in her 80s, who lives with her grandson. This is a common setting for most South African families.

We all know that property is a great investment opportunity. Jacob Moeketsi Matabane, the man who bought the property on auction, had his investments in mind when he bought the property.
However, when Jacob arrived at his newly-acquired property, he saw the elderly woman and her grandson sitting outside 'their house'. This sight evoked some old memories for Jacob because he too was raised by his grandmother.
