Monopoly makes its debut on the streets of Durban

Durban will soon have its own version of Monopoly and you get to vote for the place names on the board. Phat Joe had a chat to a Monopoly spokesperson to find out more about this exciting announcement.
One of the world's most loved games will soon be releasing a Durban version for Durbanites to play, gift to others, and to enjoy.
Monopoly was first launched in 1935 and has been played by over 500 million people in 103 countries. It is available in 43 languages.

According to the Monopoly Durban Facebook page, Durbanites are being encouraged to vote for which local spots should be included in this legendary board game.
Monopoly decided to launch a Durban edition after the success of the Cape Town edition of the game, which was launch in 2016.
