Joburg Ballet does their bit to help drought-stricken Western Cape

The Joburg Ballet are pulling out all the stops to do whatever they can to help the current situtation in the Western Cape.

Most of us are aware that the Western Cape is drought-stricken and the Joburg Ballet is trying to do their bit to help the situation by doing what they do best.

Rain dance, also known as 'rainmaking' is a ritual that which helps to invoke rain in a drought-stricken area. It is an age-old tradition which proved to be effective in the past and now the Joburg Ballet have turned to it to help the situation.

Their powerful rain dance video has already over 19 000 views and was shot on location at a near-empty dam situated in the Overberg District of the Western Cape.
