'Humble people don't get far in life,' says Bongani
Updated | By East Coast Drive
When you first meet Bongani, he comes across as quite arrogant. He has now finally spoken up about why he chooses to be this way.
Listen to the discussion, or read the details under the podcast.
Bongani believes people always confuse confidence for arrogance, as people will usually say you're arrogant rather than confident to make themselves feel better for what they lack.
Humble people get eaten up and spat out by the world, daily.

"In life, you need to have some sort of self-belief to make it, and society often chooses to see that self-belief as arrogance. Is there really a place in society for humble people?" questions Bongani.
If one wasn't arrogant in some sort of way, things like cyber-bullying would completely tear you apart.
Think of most of the people whom you deem arrogant, and you'll find that most of them are successful to some level.
