Will interprovincial travel be allowed in December? Prof Tulio de Oliveira explains

With reports about a second wave on everyone's lips at the moment, more and more South Africans are curious to know if interprovincial travelling will be permitted during the festive season. Prof Tulio de Oliveira joined Darren, Keri, and Sky to unpack this growing concern and to provide insight on how the genome results in South Africa have been used to track interprovincial spreading of the virus since level 3.
Under alert level two, the South African government announced that interprovincial travel by private vehicles and public transport services was permitted.
But, as reports of a second wave continue to grow, many people are asking if they will be permitted to visit their loved ones who reside in other provinces during the festive season.
